For that, we have some default ID and password, and usually, that id and password works but if you try the wrong id and password multiple times device gets self-locked and at that time the admin/manager can only be removed by the software. As we all know all the realtime biometrics Attendance software has Payroll inbuilt but in a few softwares payroll setup is hidden and we need to manually enable it. Realsoft 10.9 is the most used software for Realtime biometrics devices and in this software, payroll is not enabled by default. Follow the steps to enable the payroll in Realsoft 10.9 Attendance Management Software... Login the software with your credentials.  Go to File then select the Setup option.  Put the password as rss110092 and click on verify twice.
