Employee don't shows when we Run Software as administrator in Realtime Attendance Management | Realsoft 10.8/10.9 |

Yeah!! Sometimes when we open the Realtime Attendance Management Software (Realsoft10.6/10.7/10.8/10.9) just by Double Click it shows all the employees but again when we open the Software as Run as Administrator it doesn't shows any of the emplot.

Have you ever noticed why??
These issues we mainly faced at that time when we use the USB cable to connect the Biometrics because when we connect biometrics with USB cable it's mandatory to Run the Software as Administrator.
And now Why this is?
This is because when your system is not Logged in with Administrator and you are opening software by double click then it saves all the data in C:\Users >Your_Username > AppData > Local > VirtualStore > Program Files (x86) > realtime_biometrics >  but when your system is logged in with Administrator then all data saves at C:\Program Files (x86)\realtime_biometrics.
That's why when we open Realsoft Attendance Management Software just by double click, it opens the data that is in C:\Users >Your_Username > AppData > Local > VirtualStore > Program Files (x86) > realtime_biometrics  but when we open the software Run as Administrator it opens the data from C:\Program Files (x86)\realtime_biometrics.
Now how to get rid of this?
First Either make sure how you are going to connect the device or how you are going to open the software in the beginning when you install Realsoft Attendance Management software.
So that you are sure that either you always run the software as the Administrator or always run the software by double click.

 But if you have already done the installation and filled the data and now you want to open software as administrator then just go to C: > Users > Your_Username > AppData > Local > VirtualStore > Program Files (x86) > realtime_biometrics >  and from software folder copy the ARMS mbd file and paste that file in  C: > Program Files (x86) > realtime_biometrics software folder.
Now you can open the software as an administrator.

 Now the question is how to fix the software to always open as administrator?

 Just right click o software icon go to properties then go to Advance and Do check on Run as Administrator apply ok and save.
Once it's done any way you open the software it always opens software as administrator.
Now also you no need to worry to open software with a different method when you connect it with the USB cable.

 Note:- Only Finger devices can be connected with Both USB cable.

In Realsoft desktop software the default login credentials are are rss so for the security purpose you can change the credentials. Follow the steps below to do the same. How to Reset / Delete all data from Realtime Devices Using Software ?
