All the Realtime devices have Manager/Amin lock option to Restrict the unauthorized access of device options and settings.  But what if we don't know the admin details or admin is not available at that moment. For that, we have some default ID and password, and usually, that id and password works but if you try the wrong id and password multiple times device gets self-locked and at that time the admin/manager can only be removed by the software. Now the biggest problem you see..if you don't know the Biometrics Machine ID and IP address how you may suppose to connect the biometrics with software as it's necessary. So to check the device information like Device ID, IP address, and all... Just Simply Power Off the device. Now turn it on and Press Escape Button once Realtime Logo Appears. This actually made me a bit frustrated it took around 15 minutes to actually f9ind what's the issue behind why Siri is not listening to any audio and every time I open Siri I always needed to Type what I want to ask Siri. Now let's see how to enable Siri Voice and Disable Type to Siri Option in Mac Catalina... Go to Apple Menu  and go to System Preference. Now go to Accessibility and find Siri there. Just Select Siri and you will see Enable Type to Siri. Simply Just Untick that and You are done.
