How to check the Biometrics Information when it's Manage/Admin Locked

All the Realtime devices have Manager/Amin lock option to Restrict the unauthorized access of device options and settings.
 But what if we don't know the admin details or admin is not available at that moment.
For that, we have some default ID and password, and usually, that id and password works but if you try the wrong id and password multiple times device gets self-locked and at that time the admin/manager can only be removed by the software.
Now the biggest problem you see..if you don't know the Biometrics Machine ID and IP address how you may suppose to connect the biometrics with software as it's necessary.

So to check the device information like Device ID, IP address, and all...

  • Just Simply Power Off the device.
  • Now turn it on and Press Escape Button once Realtime Logo Appears.
  • You will get Blue Windows that hold all device info. Like IP address, Machine Id, Serial Number, etc.

Note:- This only works with Finger Devices like T52, T-60, C-121, etc

How to Reset / Delete all data from Realtime Devices Using Software ?
