As we all know all the realtime biometrics Attendance software has Payroll inbuilt but in a few softwares payroll setup is hidden and we need to manually enable it. Realsoft 10.9 is the most used software for Realtime biometrics devices and in this software, payroll is not enabled by default. Follow the steps to enable the payroll in Realsoft 10.9 Attendance Management Software... Login the software with your credentials.  Go to File then select the Setup option.  Put the password as rss110092 and click on verify twice. Now you will get a popup window and click on the Edit button below.  In Mid below you will get Payroll option jut to do a check on payroll and save. Once it's done Restart Software and you will get Payroll Option Full functional. Complete Payroll Setup for Realsoft Attendance Software 

In all the Realtime & Biomachine Biometrics devices have  Manager/admin  lock option this is used to Restrict the unauthorized access of different-different device options in Menu. But once you forget admin or if the admin person is not available, then you need to remove the admin in order to get access to the Menu in the device. And if you are trying to access Menu too many times unauthorized then device get Self Locked. And once the device is self-locked then you will not be able to access device Menu, even the Authorized admin try to access. This means if the device is self-locked then no one can access device menu options not even authorized admin and then you will need to remove the admin either from  the device directly  or  using the software . There are only 2 ways to remove admin from Realtime New-401F and from Biomachine BS-160 this admin and be removed using the default ID and Password. Remove Admin/manager Using Default Password.

What is the admin in biometrics? Admin is the authorized person who has the authority to access the different-different options in the menu and so that he can enroll delete or change the settings in the device. And when the device is admin locked your device is safe from unauthorized access and unwanted settings change with devices. How to Add admin in RS-9, RS-New 401F BS-30, and BS-160? New admin Enroll ( RS-New 401F  and BS-160 ) Press Menu go to Employee and click Ok. Click Ok on Register and again you will get Register Option-click OK again. Put your ID or let it default and Select Authentication Mode as Face, Finger, Card or Password and click Ok. Now go to 7th options Privilege and make it as Admin which is by default User .  New admin Enroll ( RS-9   and  BS-30 ) or  Make the Previous user as Admin . Press Menu go to Employee and click Ok. Click OK  on Register and again you will get Register Option-click OK again. Put your ID or let it default a

Realtime T4D is 4 Door, Door Access Controller. This is actually the controller that is card authenticated means in this card the authentication mode is Proximity or Mifare card. In this controller, you can connect 4 card reader for in and 4 card reader for out means a total of 8 card readers, and 4 Locks that can be any lock e.g. EMLock, etc. RF-10 Reader. Required  Software For the 4-Door card controller, we need 2 software that first software is used to add cards in the controller. And the second one is regular Realtime Attendance Software that can be any Realtime Desktop Software. Access Control for Adding cards in the controller.
