How to Reset / Delete all data from Realtime Devices Using Software ?

Sometime when your Realtime face device's memory is full and it starts showing Transaction Full and you want to clear the logs or If you want to refresh the device and delete any or all enrollments, All these can be done using software or from the device directly. Note:- Before deleting anything from the device, make sure you have already taken backup because once you deleted the data it will delete whole data till the current time and will not be able to recover. How to Take Realtime Device Data Backup? Delete Punch logs from any Realtime Devices using Realtime Attendance Software. Login with any Realtime  Attendance Software and C onnect Device using LAN or USB . Note:- None of the face devices will get connected using the USB cable. Go to data Transfer and Click on Delete Data From Machine , and it will delete all the Punching Logs in the device. How to Take Realtime Device Data Backup?

Take Device Backup Finger devices For downloadinbg the logs from Realtime Finger Devices as Realtime T-52,T-60,T61,C-121,C-110 etc. Insert a Fat32 formated,  Pendrive in device prefer max 32 GB of pen drive having plastic body. Press Menu and go to Setcom . Hit Ok on U- disk Mng./Udown and click Ok on Download. Now click ok on All GLog to download the Logs from Device,This is the daily punching logs and this will download the whole data till the first day of punching. Once All GLog is download click Ok on  Enroll data to download the Enrollment data, this will download all Enrollments including Finger,Card,Password. Take Device Backup Face Devices For downloading the logs from Realtime Face Devices as Realtime T-302F,T-304F,C-401F,T-52F etc. Press Menu and go to USB Disk. Click on All Time Logs to download the daily punching logs,this will download the whole data till the first day of punching. Once All Time Log is downloaded click Ok on User Data

How to remove Admin/Manager from Realtime Devices?

All the Realtime devices have  Manager/admin lock option this is used to Restrict the unauthorized access of device options. But once you forget admin or admin is not available then you need to remove the admin. And if you are trying to access Menu too many times unauthorized then device get S elf Locked. O nce the device is self-locked then you will not be able to access the device menu, even the Authorized admin tries to access it. This means if the device is self-locked then no one can access device menu options not even authorized admin and then you will need to remove the admin either using default keys or from the device directly or using the software. What's G,NA and X shift in Realtime Attendance Management Software?

In Realtime Attendance Management Software either it's Realsoft 10.6, Realsoft 10.7, or Realsoft 10.8 there are 3 shifts by default created in the software. There is the different-different purpose for those shifts. Shift-G You can consider the G-Shift as a General shift means whatever changes you want you can do by editing in G shift.   Shift- NA Basically, you can say to NA shift as Non Assigned shift. This shift is used when there is no fix In-Out time and working hours can be more than 24 hours. This shift can hold the employee to 36 hours of working. And the main thing is that there is fix report format for getting reports if you are using the NA shift, you will need to go to Weekly report and select None(NA) Shift Working . This is the Only report that is going to give you the Appropriate report when you are using the NA shift for your employee. Note   When using the NA shift you can't see Overtime. When using NA shift you can't get salary repo
