How to Reset / Delete all data from Realtime Finger Devices directly from device as T-52,T-60,C-121,C-110 etc ?
When your Realtime finger device's logs are full and it shows Transaction Full and you want to clear the logs or If you want to refresh the device and delete any or all enrollments, All these can be done using software or from device directly.
Delete Punching logs from Finger devices directly.
For deleting the logs from Realtime Finger Devices as Realtime T-52,T-60,C-121,C-110 etc.
Note:- Before deleting anything from the device, make sure you have already taken backup because once you deleted the data it will delete whole data till the current time and will not be able to recover.
Delete Punching logs from Finger devices directly.
- Press Menu and go to View Info and then go to Record Details.
- Just hit Ok on Delete All records, this will delete whole punching data till current time.
Delete Enrollment logs from Finger devices directly.
Once you click on delete/clear on delete it will delete all the enrollments including finger, card, password, so make sure you have already taken backup if required.
For deleting the enrollments from Realtime Finger Devices as Realtime T-52,T-60,C-121,C-110 etc.
- Press Menu and go to Delete.
- There you will see Delete All Users hit Ok and put password as 110092, it will delete all the Finger, Card, Password enrollments.
Note:- In delete option, it will show Delete All Users if the software version in the device is above V9.0, if it's below 9.0 then either you can delete one by one else use software to delete all in bulk.
