How to remove Admin/Manager from Realtime Devices?

All the Realtime devices have Manager/admin lock option this is used to Restrict the unauthorized access of device options.

But once you forget admin or admin is not available then you need to remove the admin. And if you are trying to access Menu too many times unauthorized then device get Self Locked.
Once the device is self-locked then you will not be able to access the device menu, even the Authorized admin tries to access it.

This means if the device is self-locked then no one can access device menu options not even authorized admin and then you will need to remove the admin either using default keys or from the device directly or using the software.

Remove Admin/Manager using Predefined Key

Most of the Realtime Finger Print devices like T52/T60/C121/C110 etc if you want to remove admin then just follow the steps using predefined id and password.....

Press Menu Button in the device.
Once at the top it shows Manager Confirm type 24406083 and hit Ok.
then it will ask for a password to put the password as 87654312 and hit Ok.
If everything is fine it will let you log in to the menu, this is to use one time only means after this if you are out from menu without canceling the manager then again you will need to put that Id and password, So once you are in Menu Do Manager Cancel.
Now once you are in Menu, just go to Advance then go to Device and in last you will see Manager Cancel, just hit Ok and again Ok times & you are done.

Note:
This id will not be work for any of the face devices or for C101 or T6 or for T5 or T5N and If this id and password don't work for you then you will need to remove Manager/Admin with software.

Remove Admin/manager Using Software

Using the software you can remove the admin/manager from any of the devices either it's facing or it's finger device or for C101 or T6 or for T5 or T5N or any Realtime Finger Print devices like T52/T60/C121/C110 etc

Just connect the device with Software either with LAN or USB.

Note:-

None of the face devices will get connected with the USB cable.
And to connect C101 or T6 or for T5 or T5N, you will need a bothe side USB cable.
Make sure to run the software as an administrator when connecting the device with the USB cable.
If you don't know the IP or device id in the device then just restart device then while booting up just press ESC button it will show you all the details.

Go to file and go to Hardware Setup.
Put password as rss110092.
Connect Device and click on Remove admin.

If it shows something in the below box then just click on select all then again click on Remove Admin.

Remove Admin/Manager from face devices

For removing the admin/manager in face devices you need to go to the device directly, as it doesn't get connected with USB so you can either connect the device with LAN then from Hardware setup you can remove admin, else follow......

Power off the device.
Check there will be a button near LAN port or there will be a small Reset hole near USB port.
Press that Button or insert a pin in Reset hole to press the button inside the hole.
Now Turn On the device and don't release the button or Pin.
Once the device is on it will give you a popup,Are you sure you want to remove all privileges?Just hit Ok on Yes and you are done.
