Realsoft 11.6 | How to get Attendance Report in Realtime Attendance Software?

Realsoft 11.6 is the updated version of Reraltime's older desktop softwares like Realsoft 10.6 or Realsoft 10.7 or Realsoft 10.8 or Realsoft 10.9. It's is one of the most used Attendance & Payroll management system for Realtime Biometrics Products. Basically, Realsoft 11.6 is a desktop software that includes Attendance & Payroll.

Let's see how you can get the attendance report in Realtime Realsoft 11.6 Attendance management software.

  • Download  Data from Data Transfer or you can Convert Data from Data Converter / USB Converter if the device is not connected and you have taken the Biometrics data in Pendrive
  • Now go to Transaction then select Generate Shift and now click on For All Employees to Generate shift.
      • We generally do not need to do Generate shift every time, once in a month is enough.
      • But if you do any changes in shift master/Shift details then it’s mandatory to generate even in web software.
      • And any time you do Generate shift Attendance Process in mandatory.
  • Now in the next step, we need to Process Attendance, Daily, Periodic, or monthly from Data Processing depending on the Attendance report you need.
  • Once Data Processing is done go and Get the  Report.

The report Generating process is the same as we do in Realsoft 10.6 or Realsoft 10.7 or Realsoft 10.8 or Realsoft 10.9, so for reference, you can watch the video below.

In Realsoft desktop software the default login credentials are are rss so for the security purpose you can change the credentials. Follow the steps below to do the same. Login in software with default credentials. Now go to Administrator then Change Passwor d to change User Name and Password. How to Reset / Delete all data from Realtime Devices Using Software ?
