How to get only Punching Data in MS-SQL or MySQL database from Realtime Biometrics Devices?

Realtime biometrics already has their attendance software in MS Access and in MS SQL database but still, if you want biometrics punching data in your MS SQL or MYSQL database then Realtime Provides SDK(Software Development Kit) for all his biometrics. You can create your own application using SDK, SDK is actually device Code. 


 Even realtime Also provides tools or you can say applications/utilities to get the punch data from Realtime Biometrics devices to directly in your database in SQL or in MYSQL database.
So now it's up to you whether you create your own application or just get the Data in your Database using Realtime Application.
When you use realtime Application to get the Punch data in SQL or MySQL you will get punch data in a fixed table format.
For example, have a look below the image that shows how the data will reflect in the MS-SQL table.


Note:- Just make sure the below points if you are going to use Realtime Applications/Utility to get the biometrics Punching data in SQL or in MY SQL...


  • The table structure is going to be fixed that is predefined by Realtime Biometrics.
  • You will need to manually register the DLLs in order to run the application.
Now, what are the steps to get data in the database and how to run the Application?
Just follow the steps below...
  • Download the utility and put somewhere and assign full permission from folder properties, security options.
  • First Create Table in database MS SQL or MYSQL using the table structure available in the Application folder.


  • Now register the DLLs manually, for registering the DLLs just copy all DLLs from the DLL folder and paste all in System32 and SysWOW64 folder in your OS drive's Windows folder.
  • Once Copy-Paste is done just look for reg batch file and run that file as administrator.
  • Now in the application/utility folder, there is a conn txt file in that you have to put your server/database credentials.
  • Now just run the application file and do the setup in biometrics.
And once Biometrics Setup is done you will be able to see the data in SQL/MySQL database.

How to change default login name & password in Realsoft 10.7?

In Realsoft desktop software the default login credentials are are rss so for the security purpose you can change the credentials. Follow the steps below to do the same. How to Reset / Delete all data from Realtime Devices Using Software ?

Sometime when your Realtime face device's memory is full and it starts showing Transaction Full and you want to clear the logs or If you want to refresh the device and delete any or all enrollments, All these can be done using software or from the device directly.
