Why Update Realsoft 10.9 and Switch to Realtime Tracker 11.0?

In the mid of march 2020, Realtime updated Attendance Tracker software for India and named it. Realtime Tracker 11.0 is specially designed for Indian Customers with updated features. 

Now the question is why??

Realsoft 10.9 was working well and people were familiar with that and even for SQL database Realtime already has Realsoft SQL Desktop software, then why this Realtime Tracker 11.0??


          


There are so many reasons for making this new Realtime Tracker 11.0 software...

User Interface


This new Realtime Tracker 11.0 has the almost same interface as Realsoft 10.9 as people are much familiar with Realsoft 10.9 because this is an older version and it's in the market for very long and people loved the interface of Realsoft 10.9.SO this new Realtime Tracker has almost the same interface.

 



Performance

Don't just go to the looks, this is way better, fast, and improved performance. If you aks my opening then this is 70-80% faster than Realsoft 10.9 and still improving the awesome updates. If you have used Realsoft 10.9 then you know that the maximum database size of Realsoft 10.9 is 1.99GB after that you need to repair the database but with Tracker 11.0 there is no need to database repair and also there is no limit of the employee.




Database

Previously Realtime has separate-separate software for both MS Access and MSSQL database, For MS Access Realsoft 10.9 and for MS SQL Realsoft SQL desktop software. But now with this new Reasloft Tracker 11.0, it has both MS Access and MS SQL you can just choose as per your need.




Easy to Switch from Older Versions

With this new Tracker 11.0, you don't need to worry about switching from older versions. In the software itself, there is an option to import the database backup of your older version of software to this new Tracker 11.0 software.

         



All in one Software

For other purposes like Access Control and Auto SMS, there was separate- separate software. But now this single software has all features of Complete Attendance, Advance Payroll, Leave Management, Holiday Management, Professional Access Control management, and Auto SMS management.

How to change default login name & password in Realsoft 10.7?

In Realsoft desktop software the default login credentials are are rss so for the security purpose you can change the credentials. Follow the steps below to do the same. Login in software with default credentials. Now go to Administrator then Change Passwor d to change User Name and Password. Put the C urrent Login Credentials then put New Details then click on  Change. And here you are done changing the login credentials. Now what next to do??? After changing the password you won't be able to see your added Employee details, for that you will need to enable the credentials for that newly created user. How to Reset / Delete all data from Realtime Devices Using Software ?

Sometime when your Realtime face device's memory is full and it starts showing Transaction Full and you want to clear the logs or If you want to refresh the device and delete any or all enrollments, All these can be done using software or from the device directly. Note:- Before deleting anything from the device, make sure you have already taken backup because once you deleted the data it will delete whole data till the current time and will not be able to recover.
