New Update in Realtime Software , Switch to New Realtime Tracker 11.0

Yes!! we all have seen the serious bug found at the beginning of 2020 which was found in Realtime's most used Attendance software Realsoft 10.9. That was resolved very soon but as I've seen that's not resolved 100% till today.


And also Realtime has multiple softwares for the different-different purpose so in order to get rid of that in Jan 2020, Realtime launched new Software Realtime Tracker 11.0 for Indian customers with better features and a new interface. Here how it looks with the new interface...
But as Realsoft 10.9 was most used software and people were more familiar with that so later the user interface has been changed and now it looks like the same as Realsoft 10.9.

Why you need to update?
If you are an existing user of Realsoft 10.9 then at the beginning of 2020 you might have faced an issue while getting monthly reports and you might have resolved that and might not. But still, there are some issues in the Realsoft 10.9 like the issue in Salary Reports and in Leave reports, and also in some reports, there is an alignment issue.
So it's better to get Update where all these are resolved.

 Now How you can update it?
So, basically, the update is not a big task, new software is completely new and it's not just an update you have to manually migrate the data from. previous version to the new one.
So, for the first download the Realtime Tracker 11.0 software from Realtime Website and Install with basic steps of installation.
Once the software is installed, just follow the below steps to migrate the data from the previous version to the new version.
  • First Take the Backup from the previous version of Softwares, and you will get ARMS.mdf file is an MS Access database file. You better watch the below video for taking the backup.
Note:-  Watch the above video only for taking the backup, restore in Realtime Attendance Tracker software is different.

  • Now put the ARMS file somewhere on the system and log in the new Realtime Tracker 11.0 software.
  • Now go to Administrator and select Import Data from ARMS.


  • Now from there select the ARMS .mdb file and import, once the process completes software will ask to restart, simply just click ok and it will get restarted once restart is successful. you will be able to see all your data in new software.

    What's new here in Realtime Tracker 11.0?
  • This Software is very user friendly as the previous version of software like Realsoft 10.9.
  • You no need to worry about Limitation in software, there is no limit for database storage, it totally depends on your system performance how much data it can hold and process.
  • You no need to worry what Database you required it has both MS Access and mS SQL database you can use as per your need.
  • This single software can be used for different-different purposes like for Attendance, Payroll, Access & Auto SMS.
  • Auto Push & Auto Process is the default Function here, in short, this software is fully automated. Temperature detection and Temperature Report, this means this software is now linked with temperature detection biometrics  So, now we can get Live Temperature Status of the person doing punch in Biometrics also, we can get proper Attendance Report for Temperature.

How to change default login name & password in Realsoft 10.7?

In Realsoft desktop software the default login credentials are are rss so for the security purpose you can change the credentials. Follow the steps below to do the same. Login in software with default credentials. Now go to Administrator then Change Passwor d to change User Name and Password. How to Reset / Delete all data from Realtime Devices Using Software ?

Sometime when your Realtime face device's memory is full and it starts showing Transaction Full and you want to clear the logs or If you want to refresh the device and delete any or all enrollments, All these can be done using software or from the device directly.
