  • You no need to worry about Limitations in software. 
Yes!! the previous Realtime desktop software Realsoft 10.9, has MS Access as a database, and that software is limited for fewer numbers of data because the software has a maximum database size of 1.99GB after the database max reached it's necessary to repair the database. But now in this new Realtime Tracker 11.0, there is no limit for database storage, the capacity totally depends on your Computer system performance. And still, if you feel slow you have the option to switch to the MS SQL database which is more fast and secure. 





  • You no need to worry about what Database you required.
Before this new software Realtime has different-different software for MS Access and MS SQL database, it Means if you just want basic attendance software you use Realsoft10.9 which has MS Access database and if you want. advanced features like Auto SMS etc or you have a huge number of employee data, then you needed to use RealsoftSQL11.0 software. But now this new software has both MS Access and MS SQL database you can use as per your need.

  • Multi-Purpose Software.
This single software can be used for different-different purposes like for Attendance, Payroll, Access Control Management & Auto SMS. Now we don't need to use multiple software for different purposes as this software contains all the required features.

  • Auto Push is the default Function.

I think everyone knows what's Auto Push, for those who don't know what's, Auto Push is the feature of Attendance Software and Biometrics through which, ASAP the software is open biometrics automatically sends the new punching data to software and software receives all the data on the Realtime basis and saves that in the database. 
This feature is by default in this Realtime Tracker 11.0 software and you don't need to run additional applications like previous software.

  • Auto Process  is the default Function
If you have ever used Realsoft 10.9 software you know well, you needed to Download the Punching Data, Generate the Shift, and Process Attendance in order to get the Attendance report and all this each and every task you need to do manually.
But in this new software, nothing is needed manually everything is automated. Means if you set the software on Auto Push then for extracting the attendance report you just have to open the software and very soon you can directly go to Report and check. And even if you don't set software or device on auto push, when you download punching data manually, still you don't need to generate or process.
And Yes, the manual generates and process options are also there you can use with your need, but it's fully automated.





  • Temperature detection and Temperature Report. 

The temperature detection biometrics is now linked with this Realtime Tracker 11.o software  So, now we can get Live Temperature Status of the person doing punch in Biometrics also, we can get a proper Attendance Report for the person Temperature.

All the Realtime devices have  Manager/admin lock option this is used to Restrict the unauthorized access of device options. How to change default login name & password in Realsoft 10.7?

In Realsoft desktop software the default login credentials are are rss so for the security purpose you can change the credentials. Follow the steps below to do the same. Login in software with default credentials. Now go to Administrator then Change Passwor d to change User Name and Password. Put the C urrent Login Credentials then put New Details then click on  Change. And here you are done changing the login credentials. Now what next to do??? After changing the password you won't be able to see your added Employee details, for that you will need to enable the credentials for that newly created user. How to Reset / Delete all data from Realtime Devices Using Software ?

Sometime when your Realtime face device's memory is full and it starts showing Transaction Full and you want to clear the logs or If you want to refresh the device and delete any or all enrollments, All these can be done using software or from the device directly.
