How to resolve Resolve 3557733 error, MinDate and MaxDate Property error? | For Realtime softwares below Realsoft 10.9 Version .

From the first of June, 2020 Realsoft 10.9 software got another serious bug. We have seen the new error in Realtime desktop software 10.9 that shows MinDate and MaxDate property error when clicking on Data Transfer to download the data. This started on the 1st of June and into with only Realsoft 10.9, this error shows in all versions of Realsoft 10.9.
 But very soon Realtime Biometrics has provided a patch exe file which we just have to do copy-paste in the software file location.

Means, Now if you have the Realsoft 10.9 version in use then just click on below link to know how to update the patch

But one thing to care about is this patch is only for the Realsoft 10.9 version of the software.If you have another version of the software like Realsoft 10.7,10.8 or more below like 10.6 or 10.0 etc, then what about that??? 

Don't worry, one thing for sure, you have to get the latest version of Realsoft 10.9 means below 10.9 software will be no more in the market.
Now the question is how??
Is it that much easy to switch to Reasoft 10.9 from any version easily, then the answer is a big Noooooo.



So for doing that there is a bit lengthy process. Just follow the steps and you will be able to do the same for older versions also..

  • First Download the New Realsoft 10.9 software and the Patch from Website and install the new Reasloft 10.9 software or Click to Download the patch of Realsoft 10.9 directly.
  • Once the software is installed, copy the Patch exe and go to Software, do right click on software, and go to Open File Location.
  • Paste the Patch Exe there and click on Replace.
Now you are good to go to Import the data from the previous version of the software. Now for doing that follow the steps below.

  • First, take the backup fo whatever version of the software you have already been using. If you don't know how to take backup watch the video.
  • We know that the older version software database can not be directly updated in New software, so Now it's the time to Repair the older version database to the new version. 
  • Get the Fresh Arms File of the new Realsoft 10.9 Version. And also put the Backup of Previous Version Software in different folders.
  • Now just watch the below video and repair the Database.

  • Now as the database is repaired you just have to open the Realsoft 10.9 software and go to Administrator.
  • From Administrator select Backup and go to Restore Backup.
  • Select the Repaired Database and click ok.
  • Now it will ask to restart the software and once it's restarted, you are good to go.

In Realsoft desktop software the default login credentials are are rss so for the security purpose you can change the credentials. Follow the steps below to do the same. Login in software with default credentials. Now go to Administrator then Change Passwor d to change User Name and Password. Put the C urrent Login Credentials then put New Details then click on  Change. And here you are done changing the login credentials. Now what next to do??? After changing the password you won't be able to see your added Employee details, for that you will need to enable the credentials for that newly created user. How to Reset / Delete all data from Realtime Devices Using Software ?

Sometime when your Realtime face device's memory is full and it starts showing Transaction Full and you want to clear the logs or If you want to refresh the device and delete any or all enrollments, All these can be done using software or from the device directly. Note:- Before deleting anything from the device, make sure you have already taken backup because once you deleted the data it will delete whole data till the current time and will not be able to recover.
