What is the difference Between Realtime Onlinerealsoft.com and freeonlinerealsoft.com?

Realtime Biometrics has 2 web software for employees first one is freeonlinerealsoft.com and the second one is onlinerealsoft.com, now the question is this how we can decide which one we need or which one is best and suitable for us?


Free Period First will go with the name as we see freeonlinerealsoft.com, there it is free in the name but this doesn't mean it's free software, but yes, till the date this blog post is being written, it's free for 250 users 1 Year and for 15 users it's free for 3 Years. Obviously later after the free period, you will need to pay the yearly charges.
 Now in onlinerealsoft.com this is Realtime's fully functional web software. and this software is free only for 100 Users 90 days, Later after that, you will need to pay yearly.
Features 
Now all we know anything free is not with all the features. Same is here, you can get freeonline for free for 250 users or for 15 users but you are not going to get all the features that Realtime web software has. Now if it's not fully functional then what feature we are not going to get here?
Here you will not get the below features.

 1:- Device Connectivity
On this freeonlinerealsoft.com portal you can only connect 2 biometrics either it's the free period you are using the free or paid version, only 2 means only 2 biometrics you can connect here.
Now coming to onlinerealsoft.com  there are no device limitations you can connect any number of biometrics.
2:-Auto SMS 
If you are planning to send SMS to your Employee using freeonlinereasloft.com whenever they come or leave the premises the freeonline is not for you because there is no Auto SMS option available here.
You will need to switch to onlinerealsoft.com.

 Access Control
Access control is not available in freeonlinerealsoft.com means if you want to assign Door Access right or deny Door Access for specific Time and date Period, or you want to check Door Access Activity report then that can't be possible with freeonlinerealsoft.com switching on onlinerealsoft.com in the only way.

How to change default login name & password in Realsoft 10.7?

In Realsoft desktop software the default login credentials are are rss so for the security purpose you can change the credentials. Follow the steps below to do the same. Login in software with default credentials. Now go to Administrator then Change Passwor d to change User Name and Password. Put the C urrent Login Credentials then put New Details then click on  Change. And here you are done changing the login credentials. Now what next to do??? After changing the password you won't be able to see your added Employee details, for that you will need to enable the credentials for that newly created user. How to Reset / Delete all data from Realtime Devices Using Software ?

Sometime when your Realtime face device's memory is full and it starts showing Transaction Full and you want to clear the logs or If you want to refresh the device and delete any or all enrollments, All these can be done using software or from the device directly. Note:- Before deleting anything from the device, make sure you have already taken backup because once you deleted the data it will delete whole data till the current time and will not be able to recover.
