Sometime when there is required to check how many times the employee is coming and going, we need to check all the times then we require All-In-Out-Report, As all Realtime Softwares are default set on First-In-Last-Out, so one all-in-out report requires we need to manually enable once.
In Realsoft Attendance Management Software there are Multiple mode options available to check the report...
- You can check...
- Calculate All In Out
- Calculate First In Last Out
- Calculate First In Last Out With Lunch
- Go to File and select Setup.
- Put the default password as rss110092 and click on verify 2 times.
- Once you are in setup click on edit and Check on Calculate All In Out Click on Save and close.
- Now go and proceed for report extraction.
- Download the data from Data Transfer, Generate Shift then do the data process.
- Now go and get All In out or In out report from Daily, Weekly, or Monthly Report.
Note:- In reports it shows max 14 punches mean 7 in and 7 out & if you are missing any in or out punch you will not get working hours
I did same still i don't get time in and out please help me
ReplyDeleteThat's not possible actually cross check it again if you have enabled the All in out from setup then definitely you will get.
ReplyDeleteDo generate shift and process again.
