Yeah!! Sometimes when we open the Realtime Attendance Management Software (Realsoft10.6/10.7/10.8/10.9) just by Double Click it shows all the employees but again when we open the Software as Run as Administrator it doesn't shows any of the emplot. Have you ever noticed why?? These issues we mainly faced at that time when we use the USB cable to connect the Biometrics because when we connect biometrics with USB cable it's mandatory to Run the Software as Administrator. And now Why this is? This is because when your system is not Logged in with Administrator and you are opening software by double click then it saves all the data in  C:\Users >Your_Username > AppData > Local > VirtualStore > Program Files (x86) > realtime_biometrics >   but when your system is logged in with Administrator then all data saves at  C:\Program Files (x86)\realtime_biometrics. All the Realtime devices have  Manager/admin  lock option this is used to Restrict the unauthorized access of differen-different device options in Menu. But once you forget admin or if admin person is not available, then you need to remove the admin in order to get access of the Menu in device.And if you are trying to access Menu too many times unauthorized  then device get S elf Locked And once device is self locked then you will not be able to access device Menu,even the Authorized admin try to access. Salary option in Realtime Attendance Management software whether it's Realsoft 10.6 or Realsoft 10.7 or Realsoft 10.8 is not by default is not enabled follow the below steps to enable the salary option....... Login the Software and go tot file and select Setup. Put the password as rss110092 and verify two times. Here just Edit and in the mid you will see Payroll Option ,Just Enable and Save . Now Restart Software and you will get salary option. Put the Salaries in Employee master or each and every employee, do salary process after attendance process and get the Salary Report.
