It's quite easy personalisation for your Mac desktop(Latest version macOS Big Sur). By default it don't comes your name at top right corner of your Mac desktop or you can say your name don't comes at Top menu bar in macOS. Just Follow the easy steps.. Go to Apple logo and Select System Preference. Inside System Preferences got to User and Groups. Unlock the Lock put your System password and click on Login Options.
