How to choose a perfect Attendance for Realtime Biometrics Devices?

Before going to check which software is best for you, let's see what are the software that Realtime has for their biometrics.

Now as we know what is the software that Realtime has so, now the question which software you need?
Now...
How many Employees you have?
Do you have Multiple Branches?
Do you want to check attendance Software from Anywhere?
Do you want Mobile App for Both admin and employee?

 These three questions will perfectly help you in deciding the best software for you.

 Now if you have an employee below 500 you can use Realsoft 10.7/10.8/10.9.
But what I suggest is, if you have less no.(1 to 100 or 200) of the employee then use Realsoft 10.7/10.8 or 10.9, In else case go with Realsoft SQL Desktop Software 11.0.Because Realsoft 10.7 series softwares have MS Acces as database and the max database file size for these softwares are 1.99GB,

 Note:- Make sure their system configuration is better before going with Realsoft SQL Desktop Software 11.0, because this software is SQL based and requires minimum configuration as an i3 Processor with 4GB of RAM.

 Now if you have multiple branches means you have devices on different location then again check  How many employees you have?
Is it more than 200 or 300?
Then get a public IP and install Realsoft SQL Desktop Software 11.0.

 But with this check also if you.....
You want to check attendance Software from Anywhere?
You want Mobile App for Both admin and employee?

 If yes you want both then you no more need Realsoft SQL Desktop Software 11.0....
Now you have to choose between ..
Now what''s the use of ...
  • Realsoft Access Control.
  • Access Control.
So,Realsoft SQL is now days used just for Enrollment in T4DF controller using ST-25 finger reader.
and Access control software is being used for the enrollment of card in T4D controller.

All the Realtime devices have  Manager/admin lock option this is used to Restrict the unauthorized access of device options. But once you forget admin or admin is not available then you need to remove the admin. And if you are trying to access Menu too many times unauthorized then device get S elf Locked. How to change default login name & password in Realsoft 10.7?

In Realsoft desktop software the default login credentials are are rss so for the security purpose you can change the credentials. Follow the steps below to do the same. Login in software with default credentials. Now go to Administrator then Change Passwor d to change User Name and Password. Put the C urrent Login Credentials then put New Details then click on  Change. And here you are done changing the login credentials. Now what next to do??? After changing the password you won't be able to see your added Employee details, for that you will need to enable the credentials for that newly created user. How to Reset / Delete all data from Realtime Devices Using Software ?

Sometime when your Realtime face device's memory is full and it starts showing Transaction Full and you want to clear the logs or If you want to refresh the device and delete any or all enrollments, All these can be done using software or from the device directly. Note:- Before deleting anything from the device, make sure you have already taken backup because once you deleted the data it will delete whole data till the current time and will not be able to recover.
